Delivery during the season
- Production time for an order is normally 1–4 business days, depending on the season.
- You will receive an email once your order is ready for shipment.
- Shipping usually takes place the same day or the next business day after production.
- Delivery time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Regardless of order value, shipping costs apply.
Important information about the right of withdrawal
Please review your order carefully. For custom-made products (e.g. vehicle-specific, pre-cut window tint film), the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded.
Track your shipment
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email and/or SMS from the carrier with all tracking details (tracking number and link).
If the link is not available, you can also enter the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website.

Can I place an order during the winter break?
Orders are generally possible. However, please note that production, shipping and customer support are limited during the winter break, and delays may occur.

WINTER BREAK: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY & SERVICE
During the winter period we operate in low season and have partial company shutdown. This means our ability to produce, ship and provide customer support for window tint film (car window tinting film) is limited during this time.
